Job Summary
Manage the overall accuracy and efficiency of the organization's medical supply inventory and inventory systems, including both perpetual and expensed based inventories. Meet applicable regulatory requirements from entities such as the FDA, DOH, and Joint Commission by actively participating during surveys. Effectively obtain monthly departmental expired supply documentation and audit supply areas throughout the hospital. Train staff on inventory functions within the MMIS system and educate hospital-wide personnel on the proper care and maintenance of supplies. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree highly desired. Five years of experience in supply chain logistics required.
