Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of warehouse aisles and areas, documenting unsafe conditions and relaying specific count or product issues via cycle count documents. Perform and complete daily cycle counting, process customer and vendor returns, and record, process, and re-stock all returned products from delivery drivers. Operate sit-down and standing forklifts, order selectors, and assist in loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles according to operating procedures. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area while attending weekly safety meetings. Requires forklift experience, ability to lift over 60 pounds, and age 21 or older. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Good physical condition
- Capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time
- Able to climb steps and ladders
- Capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkway
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors
