Job Summary
Manage inventory through the SAP Warehouse Management System by maintaining daily levels, troubleshooting quantity discrepancies, and issuing materials into the computer database. Establish and document SAP procedures, serve as the point of contact for inventory audits, and prepare monthly reports on cycle counts, goods movement errors, and accuracy. Work closely with SAP, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure system functionality and continuous process improvement. Participate in yearly physical inventory and ensure compliance with all policies and PPE requirements. Join the 2nd shift team with a salary of $21–$25/hour to support HYDAC's commitment to reliable solutions and environmental protection.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED diploma
- BS diploma with focus on business /computer curriculum /inventory control
- Minimum of two years of inventory control experience
- Must demonstrate good inter-personal skills
- Able to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
- Inventory cycle counting and reconciliation
- Stock accuracy auditing
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to make good business decisions
- Able to take the initiative to investigate and problem solve

- Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities
- Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses
