Job Summary
Manage pharmacy inventory through purchasing, receiving, tracking balances, replenishment, put-away, and cycle counting under supervisor direction. Monitor product trends and shortages to maintain proper stock levels while ensuring pick stations are stocked with medications and supplies. Handle returned goods per standard procedures, pull short-dated or expired items, and assist with filing SOX documentation. Maintain organized dispensing and back stock refrigerators and provide Operations Assistants with necessary packing supplies. This physically demanding role requires sitting, standing, and lifting 50 lbs or more for multiple hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
- Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire
