Job Summary
Inventory Control Clerk responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying inbound/outbound orders and ensuring entries/adjustments are reflected in the warehouse management system. Uses multiple computer systems (Blue Yonder, SAP) and assists Supervisors with drive production. Sits at a desk for extended periods, schedules inbound/outbound carriers, and utilizes system reports and audit sheets to evaluate shift progress. Typical duties include maintaining inventory records, performing daily inventory management procedures, coordinating physical inventories, adjusting inventory for over/short or damaged product, and performing routine clerical tasks such as filing invoices and maintaining records. 2nd shift (5:30pm–3:30am), Sunday–Thursday, with overtime. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehousing and inventory experience
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment (preferred)
- RF Scanner experience (preferred)
- Warehouse or logistic experience working with multiple computer systems
- Experience in inventory, picking or stocking
- Basic computer proficiency
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift, move, and stack material as needed
