Job Summary
Conduct weekly finished goods audits at the offsite warehouse and perform daily inventory location audits. Analyze cycle counts against system records to identify discrepancies in BOMs, scrap, or receiving processes. Provide support to the Production Inventory Control Supervisor with other duties as assigned. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and adherence to safety protocols including PPE. Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm with an attendance incentive.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Good and punctual attendance record
- Full knowledge of standard practices in inventory control, cycle counting, Production Order and Work Order Processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Access
- Must possess good problem solving and analytical skills
- Must align with Snap-on mission statement
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable)
- Must adhere to safety guidelines
