Job Summary
Verify inventory quantities against work orders and system records to ensure accuracy. Prepare, process, and distribute production and inventory-related documentation to appropriate departments. Inspect materials and finished goods for quality, accuracy, proper labeling, and compliance with company standards. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and incorrect production issues; coordinate corrective actions and inventory adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records by processing transactions and updates in the inventory management system. Package materials and finished products according to customer specifications and company requirements. Coordinate the movement of materials and finished goods between production, warehouse, and shipping departments. Support shipping operations by ensuring orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits. Perform additional inventory control and warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs
- Ability to accurately enter, track, and maintain inventory data
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Basic math and analytical skills for inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material control, purchasing, or a related field
- Experience with Oracle, or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems
