Job Summary
Operate a sit-down forklift safely to perform inventory control functions, conducting scheduled cycle counts and recording discrepancies in the ERP/WMS system. Reconcile inventory variances with warehouse and purchasing teams, update records following adjustments, and prepare cycle count logs and discrepancy reports. Investigate root causes of count variances, document findings, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy. Adhere to all safety and quality standards during inventory handling. Recent forklift experience within the last six months required.
Required Qualifications

- Recent (6 months) experience operating a sit down forklift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
