Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counts on all warehouse inventories, research and resolve inventory location issues including mystery pallets and discrepancies, and investigate shrinkage to notify the department manager. Record and validate counts while maintaining high levels of precision and collaborating to enhance location accuracy. Complete additional duties as assigned and adhere to safety procedures while operating a forklift as needed. This role supports Doppelmayr's development of high-performance material handling systems for global mobility solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong experience with cycle counting and inventory control
- Ability to use IFS to update counts and generate reports (spreadsheets, count reports)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate a forklift as needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Ability to follow and adhere to safety procedures
- Ability to lift and manipulate items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights and performing frequent tasks such as climbing, bending, twisting, lifting (20–25 lbs.), and walking
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with order picking is a plus
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required
