Job Summary
Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders and ensuring all entries and adjustments reflect accurately in the warehouse management system. Perform daily inventory management procedures, coordinate physical inventory counts, and adjust system records for over/short, defective, or damaged product. Execute routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records while operating Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Dock Stockers. Work Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:00am with a $1.50 shift differential. Requires six months of inventory control experience and a forklift certificate within the first 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehousing and inventory experience
- A MINIMUM of 6 months experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker
- A MINIMUM of 6 months' experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels
- At least 6 month's experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
