Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counts, internal audits, and random verifications of product movement for A, B, C, and D classifications. Assist the Inventory Control Lead in identifying root causes of discrepancies, communicating issues, and processing damaged products for disposition. Operate powered industrial trucks including cherry pickers and forklifts, performing daily safety inspections and maintenance. Enter accurate inventory data into the Oracle Warehouse and Inventory Management system while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Train associates and new hires on warehouse activities and provide feedback for process improvements. Execute operational duties in accordance with formalized policies, resolve warehouse-related issues, and maintain preventative safety programs. Requires high school diploma, 6–12 months of warehouse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced distribution setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Warehouse & distribution environment
- 6 months – 1 yr related experience or related field
- General knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and packaging process and procedures
- Demonstrating ability to proactively work with a variety of situations that impact inventory accuracy
- Strong math and organization skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work in independently and/or group setting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and warehouse personnel
- Problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- General PC Desktop knowledge and usage
- Must be willing to operate various Powered Industrial Trucks including but not limited to cherry pickers and forklifts
- Must be flexible to work overtime

Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control Applications
- Working knowledge of Radio Frequency technology including RF gun navigation
