Job Summary
Inventory Control Coordinator at Brink's responsible for monitoring, processing and verifying inbound/outbound shipments, sorting customer shipments, and enforcing security procedures in an armed environment. Duties include auditing inventory, matching pre-advised inventory to physical counts, completing audit-worthy paperwork, preparing precious metal shipments, distributing metals per requests, coordinating with Global Services staff, ensuring proper handling of forms/packages, supporting security regulations, and collaborating across vault locations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and possess a valid firearms permit and guard card. Minimum 21 years old, high school diploma or GED equivalency preferred. Strong attention to detail, dependability, teamwork, clear verbal/written communication, and customer service skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
- A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as may be required to meet business demands.
