INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK (7:30am-4:00pm)

Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies. Process purchase orders in Brightree, reconcile received inventory against data, and verify shipping documentation such as packing lists and freight bills. Prepare inventory for shipment through staging and shrink wrapping, while loading and unloading deliveries as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and audits, investigating discrepancies, and processing product returns with proper reverse logistics. Generate reports, perform data entry, and communicate status updates to management. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving environment. Shift runs 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to clearly understand material tracking documents and communicate verbally with line personnel daily.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3-5 Years Relative Experience Preferred.
