Job Summary
Enter manufacturing orders, transfers, and labor assignments into the operating system while verifying product movement and receiving finished goods or raw material returns. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records, then reconcile finished goods and raw materials against production schedules. Coordinate with warehouse teams to monitor product movement, resolve discrepancies, and execute annual physical count procedures. Complete daily tasks before shift end, adapting to extended hours during production demands and period closings. Apply advanced math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to ensure data integrity and support team performance within the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months warehouse and inventory experience
- Experience working with a manufacturing environment operating system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
- Strong math skills, including percentages and basic calculations
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures
- Ability to read, understand, and execute written instructions and documentation
- Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit frequently or throughout the shift
- Communicates clearly and directly with team members and management to resolve inventory issues
- Operates effectively in varied temperature environments for extended periods as needed
