Job Summary
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy, including safely using a Motorized Industrial Man Up Picker to count parts at heights exceeding 15 feet. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records while generating reports to identify trends. Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to manage inventory movements and promote safety by reporting hazards. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2–3 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
- Necessary certifications (forklift, aerial lift)
- Comfortable working at heights (15+ feet)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm
