Job Summary
Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to verify accuracy and maintain adequate material supply for production. Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, then coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to manage inventory movements. Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement while safely operating a Motorized Industrial Man Up Picker for elevated heights. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm. Report hazards and participate in safety training initiatives to uphold a culture of integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2–3 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
- Necessary certifications (forklift, aerial lift)
- Comfortable working at heights (15+ feet)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
