Job Summary
Design and implement the end-to-end VMI audit framework including methodology, governance structure, KPIs, and escalation pathways that support strong inventory controls and data integrity. Establish and define audit methodology (sampling, scoring models, evidence requirements, pass/fail criteria), set audit frequency based on vendor risk and performance, develop KPIs such as inventory and cycle-count accuracy, create audit tools (checklists, scorecards, corrective action templates), define governance roles and escalation paths, and collaborate with Maintenance Delivery, IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment. Support development of dashboards, reporting tools, and audit documentation standards; requires a degree in a relevant field, strong inventory controls and audit design expertise, ERP/inventory systems experience, advanced analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with risk, controls, and compliance frameworks. Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications; human oversight determines progression.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Management or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in inventory controls, audit design, and root-cause analysis
- Experience working with ERP/inventory systems (e.g., HxGN or similar)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience in risk, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
