Job Summary

Conduct daily inventory audits, manage control of purchased and produced items, and receive vendor products for quality checks. Audit inventory to maintain system balance during order processing, resolve discrepancies, and complete follow-up adjustments. Maintain time control tables, review cycle counts, and ensure overall warehouse inventory accuracy. Follow safety policies, conduct inspections, and promote best practices in a safe work environment. Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals while collaborating across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or inventory reconciliation in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Proficiency using inventory management, ERP, or sales order systems (e.g., Oracle or similar software)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
  • Ability to analyze inventory data, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, product tracking, and inventory movement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
  • Knowledge of construction or industrial products
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
