Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary
Stock, label, and organize parts in designated locations while maintaining accuracy in physical and digital inventory systems. Pick and kit parts for assembly work orders, ensuring correct and complete sets, and assist with unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming materials. Safely move materials by following all handling and safety procedures and keep stockroom and work areas clean and organized. Communicate part shortages or discrepancies to supervisors. Requires 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience, familiarity with part numbers and inventory systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Reports to the Assembly Supervisor and cooperates with Production and Operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with part numbers, inventory systems, and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
