Job Summary
Coordinate rental sales and operations planning by managing repairs, unit delivery needs, and fleet inventory through Power BI monitoring and the Trilogie system. Collaborate with field sales, Category Management, and customers to solve routine problems using Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Maintain mechanical knowledge of HDPE & McElroy products to support fleet upkeep and deliver advanced inventory control measures. Adhere to HSE policies, wear required PPE including safety harnesses, and maintain reliable Monday-Friday attendance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years Sales experience
- Mechanically inclined
- HDPE & McElroy knowledge
- Inventory Management for Rental Fleet
- Data Analysis & Forecasting
- Teamwork
- Problem Solving
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
- Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Power BI, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Etc.)
- Ability to effectively utilize FEL's inventory and logistics system (Trilogie)
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
- Must adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
