Job Summary
Inventory Control Administrator at Incora responsible for ensuring data integrity in the inventory management system and accuracy of physical inventory across the central distribution center and warehouses. Responsibilities include performing inventory cycle counts, stock transfers, location mapping, data entry, validating inventory traceability through documents, troubleshooting discrepancies, and root cause analysis. Requires proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., JDE, AIMS), strong communication across departments, and alignment with Incora values such as Courage, Collaboration, Commitment, and Community.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associate’s degree in related field such as Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Inventory Control; and/or some college coursework with relevant job experience is preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years previous experience in general warehousing, supply chain, and/or inventory management is required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity is preferred
- Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication across multiple levels of the organization is required
