Job Summary
Inventory Clerk in a full-time on-site role at Verde Farms in Pedricktown, NJ. Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy of inventory management, conducting daily cycle counts, monitoring packaging material usage, updating location databases, month-end audits, warehouse organization, and supporting shipping/receiving. Requires 1–3 years inventory experience in food manufacturing (meat/protein preferred), HS diploma or equivalent, proficiency with inventory software (VMS locator or similar), ability to work in cold environments (-1°F to 45°F), forklift operation and safety, and strong communication and analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of Inventory experience in food manufacturing
- Proficient in using inventory management software, particularly VMS locator or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift a maximum of 60 pounds
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Forklift Certification strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
