Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts in offices and warehouses while monitoring the ROSS ERP system for errors. Assist departments in locating requested items and lead inventory initiatives to streamline processes and ensure raw materials are available for production. Exchange or return expired products and utilize reports to adjust inventory levels accordingly. Provide training to associates on the ROSS ERP, hand scanners, and safety protocols, while directing daily team activities and ensuring high standards of service and quality. Monitor workflow performance and escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds regularly and repetitively
- Must have the ability to read a production schedule/assignment
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the Supervisors
- Must have a solid understanding of basic math
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred education for this position is a 2-year degree (preferred), but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis situation and some education with experience may be in lieu of.
- Experience in Warehouse, Inventory management, production, and/or food-beverage environment is preferred.
