Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Shipping Coordinator. This full-time role is instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. The successful candidate will manage inventory levels, coordinate outbound shipments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping-related issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
