Job Summary
Accurately count bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations and perform inventory adjustments. Research discrepancies, request return authorizations, and package/ship returns and recalls. Provide customer support, assist with physical inventory, and develop new processes. Place purchase orders, write narcotic blanks, and monitor service levels while complying with safety rules and DEA regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM until finish, with overtime possible. Requires high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong product knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good mathematical skill
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary
- Must be able to participate in physical inventory
