Job Summary
Inventory Clerk at a dialysis facility responsible for maintaining and utilizing the inventory system for dialysis supplies, medications, and equipment. Duties include creating and maintaining inventory records and purchase orders, daily/weekly/monthly counts, FIFO stock management, processing orders and returns, auditing inventory transactions, generating and reviewing system reports, and coordinating with management, staff, vendors, and other modalities. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow policies, and capability to work within a team to ensure supplies are available for patient care. High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred. This role supports DaVita’s values and operates within healthcare regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year of related experience preferred
- Familiarity with computerized inventory systems preferred; basic computer familiarity required
