Job Summary
Cycle Count / Inventory & Returns Associate responsible for cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing customer returns, and keeping detailed returns logs. The role conducts routine quality checks on inventory, manages inventory disposal per customer instructions, updates inventory reports with weekly updates, investigates and reports discrepancies, locates misplaced inventory, assists pickers with alternative locations, and takes photos, measurements, and inspections per customer requests. It also responds to customer email requests related to inventory and supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior inventory experience required
- Order Picker experience required
- Basic computer skills and math skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
