Conduct perpetual and monthly stock counts for main and reverse logistics, ensuring daily SAVs are accurate and executed. Execute warehouse stock rotation using FIFO to mitigate write-offs of old stock and reduce losses. Investigate stock variances and stock damage in the CDC to identify improvement areas and enhance internal customer service. Ensure received stock is stored timeously and efficiently so the right inventory is available for picking. Reduce stock losses and out-of-stock situations while sharing interventions to improve overall stock accuracy.
