Inventory Clerk

Job Summary
Inventory Clerk responsibilities include receiving, verifying, and storing materials; entering data into systems; organizing and labeling inventory; using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed; maintaining inventory records in manual systems or a warehouse management system; handling counter requests for internal customers; packing and preparing orders for shipment; performing manual counts and participating in audits; ensuring a clean, safe warehouse environment; and contributing to inventory reporting. Requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is an asset; bilingual (French/English) is an asset. Based in Montreal East, QC, with a Monday–Friday day shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational diploma in a relevant field
- Experience in warehouse/inventory/mechanical or supply chain environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification (asset)
- Bilingual in French and English (asset)
