Job Summary
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records and bin locations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, process transactions, and inform management of adjustments. Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, and material movement while monitoring levels to report shortages, overages, and obsolete items. Support production by ensuring materials are available and maintain warehouse organization and labeling standards. Follow all safety policies and procedures. This role is part of continuous improvement initiatives within Xtreme Manufacturing's warehouse operations in Henderson, Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Cycle counting experience
- Understanding of inventory control principles
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
