Job Summary
Inventory Buy Signal Analyst (Associate/Experienced/Subject Matter Expert) analyzes buy signals from the planning tool to validate purchases and determine alternatives (stock transfers, reassignment of restricted inventory, substitute parts, forecast adjustments). Reviews certification/status of inventory (shelf-life, lot traceability, quality release) before usage and documents decisions to accept/modify/cancel signals. Identifies recurring causes of unnecessary buys and participates in cross-functional continuous improvement to reduce inventory carrying costs. Requires 3+ years of related experience, 1+ year in asset management/demand forecasting/engineering/simulation, 1+ year in supply chain planning, 2+ years in data analysis/mining, and U.S. export control compliance (U.S. Person). Roles located in Hialeah, FL or Chandler, AZ with in-person work. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; total rewards/pay ranges are provided for Associate, Experienced, and Expert levels.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ total years of related experience
- 1+ years of experience with asset management, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation
- 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain Planning
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- Export Control Requirements: must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements and be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
