Job Summary
Conduct bin block counts and planned cycle counts throughout the Distribution Center while retrieving and transporting products to assigned destinations. Maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies, and use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices to complete assignments. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards, and troubleshoot problems that occur within daily tasks. Continually meet production efficiency levels and maintain high-quality work where accuracy is key. Work independently and in a team environment, willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary. Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of equipment operator roles within a warehouse distribution environment
- Basic math skills
- Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system
- Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening
- Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning
- Flexibility as priorities may change mid-task
- Ability to handle multiple job tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
- Meticulous attention to detail where accuracy is key
- Focus and critical thinking
- Maintain a high-level of professionalism and discretion
- Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary
- Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy
- Be able to troubleshoot and correct problems that occur within your daily tasks
- Perform any other assignment/task given by any member of leadership
