Job Summary
The Inventory Audit Specialist conducts daily inventory reconciliation between Upstate Niagara Cooperative (UNC) and third-party warehouse partners, ensuring timely adjustments to inventory based on inbound and outbound shipments. Key responsibilities include posting daily shipments and receipts, daily reconciliation of inventories, monitoring SAP transaction alerts, and ensuring proper inventory rotation. The role requires strong accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems. An Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are mandatory, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and office clerical
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to operate in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong mathematical skill foundation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
- Strong system acumen (proficient in ERP and WMS transactions)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in material handling and/or logistics
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
