Inventory Associate

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day inventory management at the retail storefront, ensuring accurate counts and shipments. Receive and verify product shipments against manifests, processing new inventory into the Point-of-Sale and METRC systems with proper labeling. Stock the sales floor to ensure product availability and execute order fulfillment cycles with accuracy. Maintain organization and storage of cannabis products according to DCC and California Compliance standards, monitoring expiration dates and processing waste per protocol. Audit physical inventory to reconcile discrepancies and assist with daily cycle counts. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a full-time role within the cannabis industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Open availability
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification preferred
- Inventory experience in a retail environment preferred (1-2 years)
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets and Google Docs
- METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
