Inventory Associate

Job Summary
Inventory Associate responsible for all warehouse inventory tasks, maintaining records, producing inventory reports for the inventory manager, ensuring warehouse inventory matches system records, and keeping stock organized and replenished. Also evaluates current practices and implements new techniques to improve efficiency. Essential duties include unloading trucks and storing inventory, verifying quantities received against POs/SOs/packing lists, relocating items to optimize space, performing physical inventory cycle counts, documenting movements of backordered items, supporting customer service and sales by locating product components, assisting pickers with order filling, maintaining a clean warehouse, and performing additional warehouse duties as needed. Requires attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, professional communication, and familiarity with cabinet fabrication and terminology; prior warehouse equipment experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater
- Prior experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker and pallet jacks
- Familiarity with cabinet fabrication and terminology
