Job Summary

Perform daily cycle counts in NetSuite to verify inventory quantities, enter spot checks based on orders, and ensure all physical movements are transacted correctly. Receive parts internally and from the field, verify completed paperwork and anti-static storage for PCBs, visually inspect items before fulfilling orders, and pick parts while confirming Quality Control Documents. Pack shipments safely and ship packages according to guidelines. This role supports Prescott's Inc., a leading medical device services company specializing in distribution and refurbishment of essential equipment, ensuring providers have access to reliable, high-performing tools.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment
  • Proficient in computer use and data entry
  • experience with ERP systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
  • High accuracy in counting, tracking, and comparing parts and documents
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to make sound decisions when assessing part quality or documentation completeness
  • Capable of working independently and maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
  • Work schedule is either Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, or Tuesday – Friday 7am-6pm

Desired Qualifications

  • GMP medical manufacturing experience
  • experience with NetSuite
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills
