Job Summary
Inventory Associate- PM shift maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory in the ERP/WMS system, including inbound/outbound operations, cycle counts, and intercompany transfers. Executes Oracle transactions from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories; ensures accuracy of inventory records, performs audits, and maintains FIFO rotation and SLOB disposal. Responsible for integrity of in-house materials, preparing inventory reports by SKU and sub-Inventory, and coordinating with leadership to meet safety, GMP, and productivity standards. Requires experience in manufacturing environments, ability to operate within ERP/Oracle processes, and effective collaboration with teams; forklift certification is preferred. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, data integrity, and adherence to company policies and procedures, with focus on continuous improvement and timely, accurate inventory management. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years – Experience in Position
- 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
