Job Summary
Inventory Associate needed to maintain ERP-based inventory accuracy through inbound/outbound operations, parts picking and stocking, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation. Responsibilities include pulling parts for job orders, organizing stock in bin locations, ensuring ERP transactions reflect accurate storage locations, replenishing production floor, labeling and tagging materials, generating inventory reports, and supporting 5S/workplace organization. Must be proficient with ERP/MRP/WMS systems, RF scanning, barcoding, and inventory control; forklift experience is a plus. The role emphasizes maintaining stock integrity, accurate records, and collaboration with stakeholders to uphold build schedules and quality standards in a Souderton, PA warehouse. Knowledge of Excel/Outlook and ability to communicate findings clearly is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or relevant work experience
- Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS software preferred
- Previous cycle count experience preferred
- RF Scanner and bar-coding experience preferred
- Inventory and warehouse experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- Ability to create and present detailed summary reports
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
- Good Communication skills
- Forklift experience preferred
