Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods, and meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases. Use handheld scanners or count tools, squat, kneel, or crouch as needed, and lift items up to 25 lbs. This role offers a starting wage of $15.00/hour with potential increases up to $4.00/hr over nine months based on performance. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and possess a positive, team-oriented attitude. No inventory experience is required; training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to walk
- Ability to stay active during shifts
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
