Inventory Associate – Driver - D - REFERRAL

Job Summary
Transport employees to and from inventory events while counting and recording retail stock using handheld scanners. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while traveling to various retail locations and meeting productivity goals to earn performance-based pay increases. Stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment, utilizing GPS navigation and handheld technology. Submit to pre-employment screening and MVR checks as part of the hiring process. This active role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for paid travel and overnight assignments, with a clear path to becoming a paid pharmacy counter.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
- Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
