Job Summary
RGIS Inventory Associates count client inventories using the RGIS handheld device, ensure accurate data collection, adhere to inventory procedures, and provide professional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving productivity goals, maintaining data integrity, and adapting to varying environments (stores, warehouses, outdoor settings) with occasional overnight travel. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, teamwork, flexibility in scheduling (early hours, extended shifts), and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds while traveling to out-of-town job sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Access to reliable transportation
- Prolonged standing with occasional walking
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stretching, squatting, and kneeling
- Able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Able to travel including overnight stays (frequent; 90% travel)
- Proven ability to work in various customer locations and environments
- Experience or knowledge in inventory or customer service preferred
