Job Summary
Conduct physical inventory counts for clients and enter data into RGIS handheld equipment while maintaining accuracy and adhering to procedures. Work across various environments including stores, warehouses, and outside industries, utilizing ladders and step stools as needed. Travel frequently by car and occasionally by plane, with assignments including early morning departures, overnight hotel stays, and extended shifts. Maintain confidentiality and deliver clear verbal and written communication to ensure cooperation. This role supports RGIS's core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Access to reliable transportation
- Prolonged standing with occasional walking (frequent)
- Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands as well as fingers (frequent)
- Able to work for extended periods of time (frequent)
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stretching, squatting, and kneeling (frequent)
- Use of ladders and step stools. (frequent)
- Balancing when counting stock from ladder (frequent)
- Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent)
- Able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (occasional)
- Able to travel by car (frequently) and by plane (occasional)
- Able to travel including overnight stays (frequent; 90% travel)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred
- Inventory experience a plus
