Job Summary
As an Inventory Associate at CarMax, you’ll log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain operational efficiency, move vehicles around the lot for easy customer viewing, maintain a clean welcoming space, perform vehicle reconditioning tasks (cleaning, vacuuming, detailing), and collaborate with a team while following CarMax EH&S requirements to ensure a safe, quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High level of motivation and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Comfort working in outdoor settings, including noisy or inclement weather conditions
