Inventory Associate

Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, inventory adjustments, and system transactions. Receive, inspect, evaluate, and process returned merchandise in accordance with company policies and quality standards. Collaborate with Warehouse, Outlet, Showroom, and Customer Experience teams to maintain inventory accuracy and identify trends impacting inventory performance. Support inventory control initiatives and recommend process improvements that reduce errors, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in line with 5S while tracking personal performance metrics against daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs. Work Monday through Friday in the first shift with some Saturday availability during summer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds, grasp, bend, stand, and walk throughout a non-climate-controlled warehouse for extended periods of time
- Able to safely operate PIT equipment as needed for the task at hand (forklift)
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, fulfillment, logistics, or return operations (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable using inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
