Job Summary
Inventory Assistant for FlagSource's warehouse on a 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 9:00pm–5:30am). Responsibilities include organizing production from the night before, maintaining organization across storage areas, moving and inspecting delivered items, supporting other departments as needed, and contributing to quality control and timely production schedules. Duties span textiles/flags handling, packing, shipping preparation, and supporting sewing and print/quality tasks as part of a dynamic team. Emphasis on attention to detail, reliability, adherence to safety protocols, attendance, and collaboration with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Leads to meet daily production targets. Preferred experience in production environments and with industrial sewing is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for some positions
