Job Summary
Organize and maintain medical supplies within Central Supply, distribute inventory and shipments to various departments, and receive deliveries while keeping records on Purchase Orders and non-Purchase Order shipments. Coordinate the shipping of outgoing packages and correlating pickups, and maintain department supply areas. Assist the department manager, inventory specialist, and other staff as needed. This part-time role involves two to three days per week at the Main or Senior Campus with flexible scheduling accommodating school hours. Experience in the medical field and computer data entry skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Is able to consistently lift, carry, push and pull objects of various sizes
- Is conscientious, industrious and reliable
- Works independently with ease
- Pays attention to detail
- Communicates verbally and in writing with others
- Can prioritize and execute multiple, competing tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical field and understanding of medical products and terminology preferred
- Computer data entry skills
