Inventory and Warehouse Management Specialist

Conduct receiving checks on supplier deliveries, record items in Maximo, and allocate storage space. Process issuance requests, prepare items for end-users, and track incoming and outgoing shipments for safe, on-time delivery. Monitor inventory levels to identify stock shortages or obsolescence, and draft daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Warehouse Supervisor. Prepare payment requests for material shipment expenses and ensure all transactions comply with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 55000 safety and asset management standards. Submit incident reports for environmental, occupational health, and security risks. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Engineering with at least one year of warehousing experience required.
