Inventory and Quality Control Associate (IQCA)

Conduct inbound and outbound product inspections, verify inventory accuracy, and manage allergen labeling to prevent cross-contamination. Calibrate thermometers, monitor cooler temperatures, and perform routine cycle counts while reconciling discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with 2nd shift picking, apply QC verification labels, and track inventory levels to minimize waste and stock discrepancies. Support vendor scorecard development, generate quality reports, and oversee disposal of expired products. Analyze inspection trends to identify potential issues and recommend process improvements for continuous quality and inventory optimization.
