Inventory and Order Control Coordinator

Job Summary

Conduct daily cycle counts in accordance with established schedules and procedures while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies using SAP and warehouse management systems. Prepare and organize daily order documentation, create shipping labels, and review order information for completeness before fulfillment. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to support efficient material flow and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Work onsite at the Caine Warehouse in Reeseville, WI, during the 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and split shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work available.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, administrative support, or a related field
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated record of reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions and interruptions
  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to positively motivate others
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
  • Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
  • Must regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for fine motor tasks, including handling, grasping, and manipulating objects
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and the ability to operate both small and large hand tools
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional education or training in Manufacturing, Operations, Leadership, SAP Business One experience
