Inventory and Order Control Coordinator

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, administrative support, or a related field
• •Experience working with ERP systems
• •Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite applications
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills
• •Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• •Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• •Demonstrated record of reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability
• •Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• •Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions and interruptions
• •High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to positively motivate others
• •Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
• •Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
• •Must regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear
• •Frequent use of hands and fingers for fine motor tasks, including handling, grasping, and manipulating objects
• •Frequent bending, reaching, and the ability to operate both small and large hand tools
• •Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• •Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• •Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus as needed
