Job Summary
Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist responsible for managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, picking/packing shipments, coordinating domestic and international shipping, generating labels and documentation, and collaborating with purchasing/operations/support to fulfill orders. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in inventory/logistics preferred, experience with inventory management systems or ERP software, and proficiency in Excel. The role supports warehouse/fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including returns processing and continuous improvement initiatives. On-site in Columbia Falls, MT; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials consistent with warehouse operations requirements
